I would go for Samsung note 3

I would say wait until Iphone 5s release.. The features are not fully known .

Personally i would recommend a Apple Product. The usability of Apple iOS is good.

Im right now using a iphone and 2nd Generation Nexus 7 Tablet. I can see the unstability and usability discomfort in the Nexus 7 which runs Stock android.

When a new Android version comes up you need to wait for samsung to release the update for almost 6-12 months. Meanwhile one more android version comes up.

I switched to samsung after i got bored with 2.5 yrs of using iphone 4. I am regretting a lot now...

I use my phone for every thing

It may not have the features of android but still durability wise it rocks yaa
