bhayya...just to sum up..

nuvvu whey lo eh brand ayina konuko...but what django is trying to explain u is to take it after your workout(post workout anduke)...oka 20-1hr gap lo teesukovacchu...

pre workouts vere vi vunnai...whey protein as pre work out is not a great idea unless you're working out really hard...so pre work or work out start chese 30-1hr mundara.u can have a banana n choclate milk (initially)..google for C4 extreme or ACG3..these are pre workout stuff n they work like 5hrs engery shot...muslce pumps n enegry pump istundi...

BCCA (branch chain amino acids)..neeku avasaram le...adhi heavy weight lifters ki..but some suggest to take irrespectively...ivi during workout teesukunevi...coz...burn aye muscle ni replenish chestundi..anta muscle grow baguntundi..

I would personally suggest you too first start working out...oka base set ayina tharvatha...go ahead n buy the whey supplement,....anni best arrange chesukuni velladam lo em ledhu....my personal feeling..start getting used first

ISOPURE kooda isloate chala manchi protien bhayya...it has been suggested n followed by many body builders..but naku flavors nacchav....nenu blender lo personal ga strawberries n bananas tho 1 scoop powder chesukuni taagutha...with ice..i'll make it like a smoothie..

Thanks so much...It really helps...I have been going to GYM for 2 months now and Iam not taking anything before workout(just a banana) and after workout glass of carrot juice...i know there are many supplements to take but I have no idea how to use it ...Thought I could use help from u guys..

sorry for confussion dude....... I mean after finishing workout have postworkout shake ( i.e whey ) with in 30 min....

protien powder badhulu...normal ga workout chese vallu..they replace it with choc milk..dairy fat kooda mari..but rich in calories n energy..anwz...purchase any good whey protein...start using it immediately after 20mins..direct ga blender or shaker lo with water or milk i personally dont like..naku ah taste nacchale eppudu..nenu anduke initkit vacchi..smoothie la taahutha within 1hr..test your luck..

Opti MNutrition ON vaala Whey isolate protein buy man.. 55$ untadhi for 73 servings..

each day morning 7 ki thagu. then afternoon 11 ki.. and before workout..drink creatine(for muscle mass and energy) ..mix creatine with BCAA and blend and drink... post workout drink creatine 5g with ON whey isolate and drink..each day after breakfast eat Multivitamin and fish oil and after dinner eat fish oil and multivitamin.. and before sleep drink ON nutrition casein..dont drink Whey during sleep..its of no use..Whey is fast digesting protein so night time adhi waste..Casein is slow digesting protein so go for it..eat more chicken breast and sprouts/brocolli man
