I would personally suggest you too first start working out...oka base set ayina tharvatha...go ahead n buy the whey supplement,....anni best arrange chesukuni velladam lo em ledhu....my personal feeling..start getting used first

bro from how may years r u working out. ?

I have few questions could u help mee.

nemu Dec nunchi worlout chestuna at that tome 128-130 lbs unde vadini.

march & april lo job h1 tensions tho did nothing.
malli may nunchi satrted now 147lbs.

naa routine.

tea morning.
muscletech nitrotect protein + milk+ banana or tilapia with orange jiuce and pea protein powder.

gym.
(i do not take protein after workout.)
afternoon lunch chick,shrimp,goat or ground turkey.

evening vegiies or dry friuts, protein optimum nutrition whey.

dineer malli meat brown rice around 8-9PM.

fruits banana or grapes(strwberries blue berries,plumps peachesss ny one). around 11

casein powder with milk at 12:30 Am -1 AM.

recent gaa belly vastundhi.

so i switched caesin at 11 and friuts at 1 i go to bed at 2AM.

body bagane change ayindhi but belly vastundhi...

cardio before workout oka 5 mins after workout oka 2 min & sunday eveing 20 mins chetanu..

should i add or change anything?
plz help.......
