UN decision is always influenced by USA. UK backed off because its parliament did not allow james Cameron to go ahead for war.. the prime minister lost the vote on bill.

That's what I am telling.. there is no way that US can go to a full fledged war on its own.. even if one of its soldiers die or one plane is grounded, there will be a lot of opposition from within the country.
