It will depend on ur contract with ur employer regarding OT...Some employers do pay OT....and some don't...nuvvu percentage ayyithey usual gaa pay chesthaaru....and no problem u can be paid OT

your employer will run payroll for 5K
you will get the salary which is 5k-taxes = 4k anuko
rest 1400 they will deposit into your account directly, this is non taxable called perdiem
