Recent ga India nunchi vachanu(H1B)...Totally Confused about the terms above...
Can some body help me to understand these Job types.
Suppose if want to join in any above employment type, please suggest me [b]Pros[/b] & [b]Cons.[/b]...

Okavela nenu Con_w2 lo join avali ante, na present employer nunchi H1B transfer pettukovala?
Let us say i got a call from a vendor who are doing con_w2, what will they ask me.? how to proceed in such a case.
Present na employer gadu sudda waste gaadu...Nannu literally pressure lo pedutunnadu.... and percentage kuda chala ekkuva.... so pls advise boss....
