Opt Stem Extension Issue Pls Help

Hi all,
I'm working full-time and I just came to know that this company is not E-verified and now I need to apply for my OPT extension coz this december..I have read that company has to be e-verified to apply for opt extension and also in stem extension period i should be working only for e-verified company.The company is going to file my H1b but it's in april. The only option left i think is to leave the company and apply again once i get my HIB from a differrent employer right?
Please let me know if there are any other alternatives.

ask them to convert your fulltime job to contract to hire for few months, and then ask any consultancy to get opt extension, or get hold of any of the prime vendors for your company like RHF or Modis if they have then talk to your manager and convert it to contract to hire for 6 months meanwhile you can work for the company and everything will be good. try this
