pinkman is not smart enough to take on Walt. He won't even try to, after walt told him about Jane and broke his spirit. probably after Todd learns the cooking process from him, he'll die a lonely death at Todd's hands.

bokkem kaadu.. in the second case he didnt have any other option.. and if you care to understand walt, he is a two face.. when things settle down, he does realize that he still cares for his family and he in many cases treated pinkman as his son.. so i guess pinkman and settling things with the russian mafia are the only things left

Its the Aryan Brotherhood (largest organized gang in the US), who have similarities to Nazis, not Russians.
