My case was, My H1 transfer got approved on december 20th with another employer but was working on H1 with initial employer till December 31st. Joined the new company on January 1st.

This is for H1 - H1.. L1 - H1 if there are any issues have no idea, cos F1 - H1 chesinappudu OPT will end automatically on October 1st and u will be on H1. Get a second hand opinion also.. Between, where are the sql students man...
