nenu MS chesi OPT lo unnappudu h1b first time apply chesinappudu AUDIT...OPT oka month lo expire avutundhi anaga approve ayyindhi...

3 years ayyaka extension apply chesinappudu...H1B deny ayyindi....pelli aayyi 6 months avutunde appatlo...motham anni sardhukoni india vellipoya...bcoz i was out of status and appeal time lo US lo undakudadhu...total loss close to 6000 USD

after staying in india for 10 months with client help came back to US with another company...

this company took 1 year to file my labor early this year...and now labor lo audit padindhi...

maybe frustration emo...but too many immigration hurdles in my life in US man...

H1 6 years complete ayye lopu labor clear kakapothe kastam kada dude...extension ki apply cheyyalevu..i don't know his situation...about which year h1 he is in.

audit approve ayithey you will get back ur priority date....but if audit deny ayithey you will lose that priority date...malla fresh ga labor apply cheyyatame
