maybe frustration emo...but too many immigration hurdles in my life in US man...

just to check if the employer is taking all necessary steps to file labor...ante did he give first pref to US citizens for filling the position before applying for foriegn labor.

they will review the job description/requirements/interview process completed/how many citizens applied/why they were rejected in case US citizens applied etc etc.

No idea but i think a Labor Audit is mostly on employer and his hiring efforts.practices...experience letters and resume details would be relevant while filing I-140 i guess
