The bank officer says the bank will need some kind of security for such a loan, so the man hands over the keys to a new Rolls Royce parked on the street in front of the bank. Everything checks out, and the bank agrees to accept the car as collateral for the loan. An employee drives the Rolls into the bank's underground garage and parks it there.
Two weeks later, the man returns, repays the $5,000 and the interest, which comes to $15.41. The loan officer says, "We are very happy to have had your business, and this transaction has worked ut very nicely, but we are a little puzzled. While you were away, we checked you out and found that you are a multimillionaire. What puzzles us is why would you bother to borrow $5,000?"
The Patel replied, "Where else in New York can I park my car for two weeks for 15 bucks?" [/left]

Two weeks later, the patel returns, asks the clerk about rolls royce back by paying 5000 dollars...The clerk says "Sir, your total is 10000 dollars + two weeks collateral insurance payment". The patel shocked and asked why my total is more than double the loan. The Clerk says "Sir, we granted you the loan in the terms that You pay the amount in 76 months installments with 9% APR. In case if u wish to pay in one lumpsum amount then you will have to pay 25% of the amount as interest, 75% of the amount for processing fee with collateral insurance payment paid on behalf of the bank. So total is 10000 dollars+insurance." The Patel says "You didt tell me those conditions" The Clerk "Those terms mentioned in terms and condition part of application, you signed in hurry to leave to airport". The Patel calmly pays the whole amount and thinks "I should have studied english rather than spending all the time in my father's gas station".
