GC process kasthamme... unless u r veryyyyy flexible to the work they give you which is pretty hectic...

In writing ante.. offer letter lo mention cheyaru kada.. separate letter adagala ... one year complete cheste GC start annaru..... avasaram ledu . kudaradu anna....immediate ga start chestene choosta anna.. so that naa existing PD ki update cheyochu in 10 to 12 months ... special case laa ...immediate start chestamu antunnaru ..enthavaraki nammocchu teliyadam ledu..

Ask them in a letter or email. Make sure you are not signing any bonds.

I would generally recommend them as an annexure to the joining letter.
