Adhyaksha nenu meeku manavi chesukonedi enti antey.. CBN started encouraging PVT engg colleges to facilitate Human Capital that will require for IT and allied industry... which was almost non existent

At the end of his term he realised the potential of BIo/Pharma industries and started encouraging them too....and so as Bio/Pharma colleges trend started picking up...

Kaani the subsequent governments even though the realized that we had sufficient engg colleges due to lack of vision towards building the human capital in other potential industries and no lack of depth of understanding to improve the education system..

being a fresher how can u prove them that ur knowledgable than other candidates
there should be some parameters to filter the applicants ...i have spoken abt them in my last post
any IT company dont call all the applicants ..they will filter according to their company parameters.
