i have run that query am getting an error
SA is different
i Have a user account for my app which is different from SA account
it locked out

Open Server Management Studio, connect to the server and go to the Security --> Logins item in Object Explorer. Select the login that is locked out and double-click on it. The Status page should let you re-enable the login (uncheck the "Login is locked out" box).

i did that
everything is enabled
actualy those logins under security are for that databases and server mine is application user
it got locked
