....say car loan tesukunapudu car market value is 10,000 and you get the 10,000 loan from the bank ....... car accidient ayinapudu.. say car market value is 5,000 (after all the driving and repairs done to it) and car loan is still 7,500......manam car konapudu value will be correct but as you drive the car market value goes down quickly then the car loan... so 99% of the time..... car market value is always less then the bank loan after driving for two or three years............ so car insurance will only cover 5,000 remaining 2,500 u have to pay....adey GAP Insurance vuntey , it will cover the remaining 2,500.
