Since i am on 80-20 % payroll basis .. he said he is not paying his part so everything on me.. I took insurance of group belongs to my company....but 900 costs for me every month....idi chaala daarunam ga undi... eam cheyyalo ardam kavadam ledu........becoz many people say stick to group becoz it is good.....but the group of my company is <10 people....

[/quote] usual gaa manchi insurance teesukunte anthey avuthundi with family.....naadi fulltime naa employer 90% kadathaadu health ki so anthaa burden anipinchadu....percentage basis meeda usual gaa maname kattukovaali...and with family if u opt for gud insurance mostly anthey avuthundi....anyway lets see others opinions....

Ippudu FT laa, employer sharing lo I am paying $450 (my part), I dont care how much he pay... but I am over paying.. that is what I CARE...
