I know there is no need to care how much ur employer is contributing....kaani when some one is applying for the same type of insurance u r having....say as a independent and his employer does not contribute and he has to pay all the insurance then vaadiki nuvvu cheppe 450 + employer contribution kalipi paduthundi kada.....infact inka ekkuva kooda paduthundi...

No...contractor.........I used to be FT where i paid $300 for whole family. Rest of the amount my company paid. Total : $890
