Stability Of Indian Rupees Vs Dollar

According to my research(just Goggled nothing much), Indian rupee will fall slowly, if you want to send money, the right month would be Feb 2014, don't send the money in next couple of weeks, at least wait for OCT 2013, i cant mention you the complete details of the research but i am adding One of the URL i used while my research Online.
