Usually this HR person handles contractors budget and approvals from managers for contractors. This person will blacklist future payments for all resources to that vendor if he doest pay your employer. ITs easy.

As they sign agreement in the begining that u need to pay certain lumpsum amount if you change vendor. see the NCA u signed.

[/quote] idi common if you join FTE to client.. check whether you have non compete with your ex employer..if so then deal smooth..nenu kooda loose ayya 2 months pay..who paid h1 fees ? if u paid u can fight else if he pays and he follows rules then better dont get in to troubles..becos every offer letter says non compete and solicitation..dont get tensed.. this is from my exp.. listen to other what they say..
