GC start ki ink0 2 years thesukuntadu ......) new Job : disparate gaa kadhu but ala attend ayanu ..... offer ichadu FULL time eee ...... company is medium company ( around 1000 employees), not filled with so many desis ....... Pros : 100% employee owned company , so stock options untayi ...... salary might be oka 10K-15K ekkuva ravachu ...... Cons : not so great benefits , work culture ela untundoooo thelidhu (Rating aithy OK unnayi) , 3 months ki GC start chesthaa antunadu (EB2) .. neenu emina points miss avuthuntee chepandi ... before I take decision ............... [b]update : benfits theeda koduthunayi ... like current company lo vacation 20 days and 12 sick days unnayi .... kani kotha job lo 16 PTO for first 5 years then 20 ala unnayi ( including evrything)[/b]
