Please suggest me some technology to learn, since I am planning to move out from my technology.

I have 10+ yrs of exp in [color=#0000cd][b]core java and Swings. I am good at that. [/b][/color]But now a days there are no Swings opportunities.

Suggest me ..please.

If you are interested in management side, 10+ yrs exp antey.. management lo HRCI certifications raasthe better .... manchi opportunities vasthaayi, pay bauntundi...,growth superb....

or else try for lead or project manager positions....
or developer laga antey.... u can try some tools like VMWARE, TIBCO,Oracle apps like SOA, finance tools, SAP, .NET.....etc
