Sep 6th ki malli more evidence kavali ani bomma padindi...(2-rfe for H1)...So em aduguthunaro telsukundam ani anukoni employer ki call chesthe inka attorney ki emi mail raledu anta....NAMOCHANTARA...

2)Second rfe padi , H1 approve ainollu unaraa mana DB lo..

Plz suggest and help me.

first RFE 4 pages padindi...colg mida...grad in business ki present ga chesthuna IT job ela correlate cheskuntav ani CPT icina colg mida padindi...motham 40 pages ayinai vadu adiginav ani submit chesi iste...malli epudu RFE esadu..inkem evaloo vadiki..??!!

1st dantlo vadi adigina paystubs ,proof of residence still date..colg attend ,flight tckts..syllabus..mid term grad anni kalpi baga verify cheskoni pampinam...99% edi miss cheyaledu bro..nadi ITU...12mnths opt from SVU kagane ITU lo CPT teskuna..so akadi nundii vani adagadam started..still continuing..!!

MTR useful ey..there are cases where USCIS approved h1b even after denails but ivvani attorney chetilo vundi..he need to convince USCIS....MTR is always there for sure....background nuvvu cover up cheyochu not an issue..chana mandi unnaru n USCIS knows about it...ECE nunchi IT lo work chesina vallu...

hmm....nee CPT college valla emo...MTR elano use cheyali but ne h1b denail inka avvale kadha so...just hope for the best...2nd rfe enduko specific ga telisthe kaani u can't do anything..talk with your attorney...MTR ki attorney eh convince cheyali uscis ni..
