Opt Problem...plz Help!

Hi All,

i worked on my project from march to july for my employer and i got my opt approved from may10th......i told my employer about me not having OPT when i got the job and he told me that he will run on different payroll and will pay me......for the past 6 moths i didnt noticed any of the paystubs and yesterday while i am preparing documents for planning to going to india due to some family members ill health........i found out that i got my first payroll on april19th and second on may 3rd.....

my question is how to rectify this situation and does anybody know any solution for this because i am trying to apply for H1B next year and would it be a problem in the process and last but not least.....i am a grduate from ITU too...........plzzz help me how can i get through it!!!!!!!

nuvvu submit cheyyakkaraledu aa 2 stubs...All u need now is offer letter with correct dates as per OPT i-20....and jeetham pathraalu as per offer letter...also make sure that ur w2 reflect that total amount with held and jeetham....if it doest, then employer neeku ichchina aa two jeetham pathralu cancel sesi correct w2 ivvali...daanni theesukoni nuvvu IRS ki amendement file seyyali...deeniki OCT middle varaku deadline undi.

OPT rfe padindhi and inthalo job vachindhi...employer gadu vere payroll pina run chestha annadu and this is my first time with consultancy...........job mrach lo start ayindhi and opt may 10th ki vachindhi.......veeti madhyalo rendu payrolls run ayyayi...so ipudu problem entante.........aaa pay rolls ni ela cancel cheyali or next year H1B chesthe problems emi vasthayi and edina solution unte chappandi ani post vesanu bhayya..............ippatike u.s vachi 4 years kukka kastalu paddanu and ippudu idhokati padindhi................edina margam unte cheppandi vayya..plzzzzzzzz
