Govt hospital develop chesthe private ki loss kada...aedina, bill or scheme pass chesthe, it will always to be more profitable to bigshots when compared to common people...

aarogya Sri benefited a lot of people...

in India in any large-scale scheme there would be some irregularities but definitely at least some poor people got benefited because of this scheme
