Nissan, naa h1 vere comp nundi file chesadu maa employer...i mean opt anta oka comp and h1 oct lo start avutundi vere comp nundi... Nenu oct lo stamping ki veldam anukuntunna as my project is ending in dec.. But naa daggara okate pay check vuntadi h1 sponsor chesina company tho.. Emina prob avutundantava? General ga 3 pay checks xpect chestaru kada....

yes...first nee file theesi anni docs starting from ur opt till now chusko like paytsubs(atleast last 1 year continuity)...and bank statments...(employer correct ga time ki pay chesado ledho)

anni in time pay chesad mama... perdiem okke okka month ichadu adhi kuda na expenses avi.. client pani meda vere office ki velli work chesa aa expenses anni tax veyyakudadhu kada as i already paid tax,, so adhi okkate vuntadi..... thanks baa..
