Hello gents,

I have a large four bedroom house located in Hixson and I am looking for one male roommate to join me. I already have one roommate living here. I am looking for one professional male roommate. The house is located on one acre in a large neighborhood. The neighborhood offers four tennis courts, lake access with boat ramp, olympic swimming pool, two play grounds, a walking track with field, and a pavilion. The house is 2,400 square feet, four bedrooms, with a two car garage, two living rooms (one is unfurnished), large kitchen, dining room, 2.5 baths, LARGE deck, with a private back that is partially wooded, spacious attic for storage, and an unfinished fifth bedroom for storage. All the bedrooms are located upstairs. The rent will include all utilities, EPB fiber optics wifi, and basic cable (2-13, guys I don't watch much TV). There is also a $200 dollar deposit and rent will be due on the 1st of every month. There is one bedroom empty, so move in is available immediately. But if you would like the other room that will be available you can wait until October first or switch rooms when that time comes.

A little bit about myself. I am 30 years old and a business professional. I work a lot of hours, I go spend time with my kids on my days off, I am very clean, and somewhat of a minimalist. I am extremely laid back, easy to get a long with, not a smoker, and not a partier. Outside smokers are fine with me but please no smoking in the house. I enjoy everything out doors: rock climbing, camping, hiking, boating, swimming, and flying. I do not have pets and do not want any, . I can set up viewings this week or the week of Sept 22. The two roomies will share one bathroom (in the hallway). If you want to move in immediately I will prorate rent to account for moving in during the middle of the month. Room for rent in 5 befroom house available October 1st or possibly sooner. House is located in a quiet Harrison neighborhood. 5 minutes to VW, 10 minutes to Hamilton Place, and 15 minutes to downtown.
