if that is true [b]which would be the best option ..[/b].? whether to switch the job now since only labor is in process or take the risk of PD

retaining after I-140 and change the job after I-140 considering the fact that before 5 yr of H1B the labor should be applied...?

Nuvvu raasindhe nenu kuda chadiva Bayata forums lo.. I-140 approve ayyaka maripo.. luck bagunte u can retain ur PD

once I-140 is approved, your priority date is retained for you to which ever employer you work for...as long as you have a copy of the 140 doc with you and include this when you are filing for GC again.

even if your prior employer cancels the 140 he filed for you,,,,still your PD is carried forward when you file it with 140 copy for old application

i140 approval ayyaka employer change avachu...u will still have old PD carried with new employer i485 process....

contact any attorney...or check murthy forum once to clear if any doubts further....

because its very critical issue....all the best....
