Yes there are lot of oppurtinities....labs, industries, hospitals, research centers etc...Basic lab techniques like gel run, marking, protein sequencing etc. will fetch lot of jobs...

I suggest that find Uni which doest require thesis as must...and can finish with 33 or 36 credits or 12 courses..University might be third tier grade but you get degree and u get job..
