Why he is legally wrong?
1. He knows how brutal the crime is and even after its proved, he is not accepting that its rarest of the rare crime.
2. Women in India are not forbidden by Law to roam around after 10:00 PM.
3. Women in India are not forbidden to choose a male companion of choice including $ex.
4. He is giving a clue that there is a murderer in him and it may provoke sick minds to kill their daughters.
5. We are not following Taliban Law that prevents freedom of women.

Why he is morally wrong?
1. No way he can kill any one - he is trying to define a scope for murder.
2. Insulting the departed soul by confirming that she had $ex prior to the marriage.
