I am working as a BO consultant for a client from last 2-1/2 years. EVC model. Ma employer naku 80% esthundu.
Ma vendor ithe same pay esthundu from the first day. Epudu sudden ga 90 days break teskoni kotha contract ready chestha vochi join avvu ani chepadu lekunte full time tesko annadu. Full time teskunte mundhu fake pettanu ani telisipodhi. ee madatory break ki Employer pay cheyadu. Ma employer salary tappa emi benefits evvadu. No paid holidays, no health insurance etc.
Emi cheyalo teliyatledhu..

1.Nenu money echi pay run cheyinchala? avasarama? run cheyinchakunte problem avthadha? nenu next 2years India ki ponu. No stamping issues.

2.Na vendor completely useless, after break kotha contract kabbati change cheskovocha vendor ni? emanna issue avthadha? Asalu employer aa direct vendor ithe problem endi..Employer ki undalsina requirements enti?

3.Independent consultant ga evaranna work chesara? client 1099 file chestha ante Independent consultant ga work cheyocha without employer and vendor.

neeku mee manager close aithe vaadni lunch ki theeskelli vishayam cheppu... ninnu FT adugutunnaru ante nee meedha manchi impression e undi untundhi.... so pedda problem avakapovachu.. manager desi gaadu kakunda thellodu aithe inkaa better... nee work quality matrame pattinchukuntaadu thappa nee background kaadhu.. u can give it a try.

FT is risky thing... coz client ki teylusthundi nuvvu fake ani... n also rest of the issues like... client H1 support chesthada? GC file chesthada all these issues will also be considered...

Asala why do client want u to take 3 mnths brk?? chaala mandi clients, will make u continue if u change ur Vendor. so alanti option emayina untey try cheyyi...

Also 3 mnths is big time in contracting... so whats the guarantee that client will again take u back?? vasthe well n good. but naa opinion enti antey look for another proj... if at all teesukunta ante kotha proj ki hand ichi u can come back kada....

FT accept cheste..client ki em teliyadule bhayya..ne resume fake ani manager ki teliyakunte chalu....ila chala mandi consulting to fte veltharu..h1 file chesepudu genuie resume attorney ki pampinchu...it will go from HR and thru ur manager so ne experience akkada bayata padadhu..all the best.

Client policy anta...Nadhi healthcare side..Chalamandhiki elane break teskomanaru..common aa anta edhi. Adigi chustha Employer or vendor ni change chesthe emanna break evakunda chestharemo ani.. Guarante antu emi ledhu..Just manchi manager kabbati teskuntadu anthe...

FT accept cheste..malli interview and HR anni untayi anta..Apudu resume lo just previous employers details pedthe chala? Fake Client details pettakunda..Only employer details pedthe antha genuine ane kadha..
