It's long sold to a chinese company. looked at your site. you have a better chance at funding if you have proven revenue streams. Also I suspect you guys will have to part with a large equity if you find a VC to invest in you. You have a much better chance at funding if you develop mobile apps interface with a large number of users. So perhaps it may be time to revisit your business model and look for an angel investor than a VC.

The idea should be scalable for a VC to get involved so he can make obscene profits if it succeeds. Scale can't be achieved in India, outside of commodity markets. May be its time for you to think beyond India's markets. Or rely on being a lean startup for sometime until you build your revenues up good.
scale ante, like in manufacturing.. how fast can you reduce the cost per user in providing the service. The best way is to increase the number of users, without increasing the cost by much.
you guys should really try to wind the angel investor up. Threaten him about closing the company so he takes his investment seriously. If he's okay with it, I think the best thing to do is to wind up this company, start another similar one, give option of the current customers to easily port into your new system. Look for another angel investor, this time someone who actually gives a crap. Go hard on mobile apps, try and get maximum users as possible. You'll be well into VC territory in another year if you do this. And then it depends on the market conditions then and stuff. Its always a hit and go. Even if you can't find another angel investor, its not that expensive to develop these apps in India if you know what you are doing. ofcourse, some sacrifices have to be made with regards to salary and stuff.
If you guys are doing this for 2 years and haven't developed a mobile app still, it means its time for you to look at leaving the company too. And find some corporate job that'll pay you well. It looks like the guys who're running this thing aren't exactly serious about their product. The reason you should work in a startup is when it'll pay you well when you sell those stock options. But to pay well, the company must do things aggressively than a huge corporate would.
