no man marriage is not for everyone.. marriage annadhi kachitamgaa chesukovali anna mentality nunchi bayataki vachi, janalu marriage vaalaki correct aa kaads ani alochinchaali ... general ilanti cases lo compatibility mismatch right from day1 untundhi .. but other reason valla they tolerate it for kids future etc ..

I think thats the main reason, I find it very strange when I hear after 30 yrs of marriage they got divorced, e kalam lo short marriages le. I belive dont marry early, 30 is perfect age 2 get married if u really want to get married

When companion turns unbearable whats good does it serve at that age. So better live a peaceful life alone instead of turning to a daily Gemini serial.

my understanding.
1. non-compatability and no kids.
if the couple parents are economically independent, parents support would encourage them to take a divorce.
people who believe in themselves, don't wait for parents opinion.
these get divorced early years of marriage, hoping to pair up with a better person.

2. non-compatability and kids.
it's easy to adjust to likes and dislikes, hard to tolerate bad behaviour.
after kids, couple parents dont accept a divorce. they back-off financial and emotional support.
since kids are victims of failed marriage, they take sides as they grow up.
most of the cases all kids support one of the parent, once the kids are on their own, the couple dont see a need to remain together.

30 years of marrige, at old age, its not only companionship , lot of hardwork rendering services to ailing spouse.
most feel serving grand kids better then spouse.

in this scenario everyone is a looser, the couple and kids.
