how can you submit marriage certificate?
this can only be done after marriage
they also might ask for Photo albums

fill DS160, pay the fee...get the confirmation number..

set the fingerprint appointment and visa interview date in the week of your marriage (after marriage of course)...

enduaknte marriage certificate ade roju chala mandi ivvaru..unless u know thee registar....
