Guys... naa phone replace with new one.... Meeku kuda same problem unte go to apple store ASPS.. software glitch anta only for few devices...
Adi fix cheyatanke store lo iOS7 systems lo inka install cheyaleduanta.. anduke swap chesaru..

Steps to Reproduce: observed the issue. Keyboard is unusable.
Proposed Resolution: Unable to perform restore due to not having software on store system. Warranty swap one-time exception
Cosmetic Condition: No vis damage
