Question On H1 Stamping....

nenu ippudu EVVC model lo pani chestunna....indulo oka vendor one of the indian MNC.....nenu 2012 lo h1 apply chesa, showing MNC as end client (endukante naaku client letter provide cheyadu and same ade city lo ee MNC ki oka seperate office vundi...ee office nunchi MNC vere clients ki work chestaru (projects implement chestaru)..)so ee MNC letter to apply cheste naaku h1 vachindi....aa tarvata konni nelalaki nenu kotha LCA file chesa with client address endukante nenu work chesedi client location nunche...

so nenu ippudu stamping ki velte

1). Nenu amednment chepiyala with showing the original client as client....if yes I am again back to zero....b/c client letter ivvadu.

2). If no amednment required, visa officer LCA adigite nenu MNC LCA okate iste saripotunda leda client di kuda ivvala...VISA officer ki telustada naa daggara enni LCA lu vunnayo?

3). Oka vela visa officer ki 2 ivvalsi iste, visa officer ee kotha LCA enti ani adigite...nenu ela defend cheskovali (Like can I say client required me onsite for few days, thats reason i have a LCA ani...... ee answer conviencing ee na?)

Between MNC location and client location madya distance around 10 miles.

Please help me with ur answers or similar experiances.

Ippudu stamping safi ga avvalante (without amendment) then u have to say that you will be sitting at that mnc location and working...okavela aa manager ni manage cheyyagalgithe ur fine.....but only nuvvu lca chupisthe it will be screwed vadi nee petition ni PIMS lo verify cheyyachu...daantlo mnc ne end client ani untadhi and if u tell ur working at other location then it will def be a problem...


BTW...Naa first h1 ki(not stamping)...same to same scence nenu idhe technique upoyigincha approval ki......

yeah nee h1 petition prakaram ur working at mnc location so u shud just give that lca

neeku enni lca's ayina undochu.......only okkate undali ani rule ledhu.....but nee case lo nuvvu chupinchaka povadame best....

Nissan mentioned option is right..I did the same.

Showed MNC as my client..If client is not willing to give client letter then this is best option.

My friend got screwed when he got H1B approved with MNC and LCA with Client location.(at the end, client gave letter by requesting them for month).
