Help! Amex Rental Car Insurance

rental car teesukunna with Amex card n declined the insurance from rental company.
accident iyyindi... so I claimed the Amex insurance... finally Amex vadu rental car vaditho matladukuni after 1 mnth he sent me a mail ...

Card member's insurance deductible is only for 500$ ... so only 500$ pay chesthundi Amex and rest u need to pay annadu...
so antha cover cheyyada?? or do i need to again ask him to cover in full ??

yeah ur right... but Amex vadi mail ela undi antey,,, nuvvu pay cheyyalsina deductible Amex pay cheysindi... so rest nee insurance company vadini pay cheyyamanu ani ...

so nuvu cheyaledu kada accident,,,police ki call cheyalsindi aa roju,,,mall lo cameras untay kada...

they will just pay whatever is your insurance deduactable , rest you have to pay from your pocket

adi antha iyyipoyindhi bhayya... police complain ichanu... aa complain number Amex claims dept ki ichanu.,.. n final ga they couldn't trace any one... so Amex vadu memu pay chesthamu annadu... and then Amex spoke with rental company ...
then final ga rental company gave a bill for 1100$ ...but amex paid only 500$
