Just ippude matladanu bhayya with Amex insurance .... this is what she said

1. If we find that u have a primary insurance, then Amex will pay only deductible in that primary insurance... n rest u need to approach primary insurance or pay out of pocket
2. if we find that u dont have any insurance (may be since u don't own a car or something like that) then Amex will pay the amount basing on the damage and the policy rules... in some cases it may be the full amount... in some cases not...
3. There is a premium rental policy in which u can enrole ... which will pay 100% insurance... but it is 25$ every time u rent a car... not per day... per whole rental period 25 $ ... and everything is covered...
4. U can use this as may times as u want... there is no limitation ... and every time... we verify if the accident is valid and then will pay the deductible of ur primary insurance

That's what I was wondering for

In general ppl pay $25 for the rental car coverage and take liability from rental agency hence u get full coverage rather than using bumper to bumper coverage from rental agency which is more
