unless DB is hosted by 3rd party

if Admins( or who ever) can access to Database then they can pull the PM(s)

if entire application incl DB is bought as a service (Not as application) then they may not have access

But to my knowledge these applications come like

Software and DB Scripts ...we need to build from the start
in this case YES YES YES ....who ever has access to DB can view messages...

Only thing they cannot is Password..(which will be in encrypted format)

naaaku telisi this service is provided by 3rd party.... same look and layout lo DB lu chaala unnai....Data Base avi kuda maintain chesedi vallee anukunta....charges avi cost cutting kosam...PMs ni limited chesaru ani anukuntunna...
