uscis vadu emantundu ante per year 55k undali..6 months ki atleast 25000+ salary undali..kani nee ytd 24k+ e ela undi..i need explanation antunadu...

as far as I knw, H1 start ayyaaka kada.. yearly income should be > = LCA

Clearly explain that reason to USCIS ... if possible with proof. like I am out of country... for 2 mnths so on vacation. n give the tickets

yes...but check his post he said he is already on h1 which infers that he is either amending/extending/transferring the petition.

thats not the rule... the rule is u should be employed and u should be be paid for ur employment. u cannot be unemployed for more than xx days I exactly forgot that.

but anthey kaani ... vacation teesukokudadu ani emi undadhu... and regdn travel I just gave an example.

if you are out of country then it can be an unpaid vacation anukunta.
if someone is in bed rest for like 6 months u can be in sick leave/vacation/unpaid vacation but u need to support your case with all documents
