Cap -Gap I20

Hi , Can any one know how long i can work on cap -gap i20..
I submitted my rfe on august 8.Till date no reply from USCIS.
If sep 30 is last working day on cap-gap i will go ahead and do premium processing.
Plz suggest can i still work after sep 30 with pending status!!

You are correct cap gap allows you to work only for until sep 30th.....if u didn't hear anything until sep 30 u shud stop working(legally) and can stay in the country until a decision is recv.....check ur i-20 for end date.
