Stamping and H1 is different.
H1 is workpermit
Stamping is to enter into USA.

You have stamping thats enough. you need to have recent H1 papers & I797 in port of entry.

yes stamping ki ponavasaram ledhu, but he's eligible after october if he's 1st h1, otherwise like extension or last year ithee ok u can transfer

actual ga petition ni transfer cheyyalante...u'll have to be in H1 status which doesnt start until oct 1 in your case before oct1 cheyyalante cap based petition cheyyali...thats like a new employer applying another h1 petition for you but ee year cap aipoindhi kabbati....kastam

Nissan bhayya...nen already US travel chesi 3 months undi monna india back vacchesaa....so ippudu oka consultancy tho H1 transfer ki trying...okavela petition approve aithe inka nen malli stamping ki povakkarledu anmata according to you..am I rite?
But in case port of entry daggara problem yeduraithe em cheyyaali? i mena vadu nee visa stamp paatha employer peru mida undi but nuvvu ippudu vere vadi kosam US ki travel chesthunnaav ani vadi adigithe em cheyyaali?

oke already travel chesthe fine...u can transfer using that paystubs...

actual ga aithe akkarledhu...endhukante neeku already valid stamping undhi for that duration so POE lo nee current i-797 and employer docs tho enter avvali
