None in my watch...Nobody listens when i say that value deminished can be claimed.so its a waste of time going around asking people..u have two options...
1. start deminished claim by talking to ur agent.
2. sue other party for medical pains (alternative route to collect some money so u can cover the deminished value)

first start with your insurance agent..see what they say..then if they are not in help to you, then lawyer. lawyer will suggest you wht to do in these cases...
