H1 & H4 Stamping Doubt

I am currently on H1 (wife on H4)....India vellianappudu stamping cheyinchukundam anukuntunna. Just in case I am unable to go....is H4 required to go through stamping procedure before re-entering U.S.?

Please clarify

yes if her visa expired already she has to get stamped and reenter

if it is h4 extension stamping , then no need to appointment for interview . just submit the docs and passport at OFC office...finger prints kooda recent ga ichi vunte no need of OFC appointment, just docs submit chesthe chalu...

so i thought ur visa might have expired nai...if its still valid for the duration of your visit and rentry then no need for stamping....

inshort if your visa on ur passport expired and ur having a valid i797...she can get stamped using that

Visa on passport inka expire kaledu...nadi F1 tanadi F2 which will expire in mid-2014. if she travels before expiry appudu stamping ki vellakkarleda antunnav ante kada?

ok let me correct this...nee passport lo F1 Stamping undhi but u had done CHANGE OF STATUS to H1B in oct 2011? and corresponding to that ur wife STATUS was changed to H4 which makes her F2 Void since change of status has taken place.

so if she travels anytime now outside united states she needs to get her H4 Stamped on passport since she is no longer on F2(Bcoz ur no longe ron F1)...
