Nenu Employer "B" Change ayyanu and I 797 Expiry until [b]July 2014[/b] Only.

I am planning to go to india this november -2014 and come back in Dec-2014 First week. naaku thelsindi entante nenu malli stamping ki vellalsina avasaram ledu to travel ani since i have a valid visa from my old employer... (Correct me if i am wrong on this )

BUT i have qns related to I 94 (Ippudu antha online lo ne isthunnaru ani vinnanu.. I Mean no stapling to out Passport ani) -- (Correct me if i am wrong on this also )


[i]1) Nenu India nundi Dec lo return vachetappudu ...naa passport lo unna I 94 theeseskoni..kotha I 94 istharu and the expiry date is going to be [b]July 2014 ( My Emp "B' - H1b Expiry date)[/b]...So ala isthe...Once 2014 lo naa I 94 expire ayna tharvatha naaku legally emina problems vasthaya ?? Do i need to go for stamping to get new I 94 or with out going to our of country USA lo ne I 94 update cheskovacha based on nee H1B ??[/i]


[i]2) If i wanted to travel to india again in Oct 2014..Do I need to go for stamping again (Assume I have an I 94 with the expiry of [b]July 2014[/b] and new I 797 Which expires some time in 2015 or 2016)[/i]

2015 varaku nuvvu stamping ki vellakarledu...provided ne deggara valid h1b doc with new employer unte u can re-enter without any issues.

coming to i194..adi kuda nuvvu malli extension chesinapudu kothadi vastundi so no worries on that.

example na case lo same
employer A tho stamping unde until 2013
employer B ki maranu 2011 lo... extension 2015 varaku ochidni with i94
2012 lo india vellochanu...online na i94 2015 varaku update aindi as I have new h1b doc with new employer until 2015.
