CBN gave permissions for engineering colleges, reduced the fees.. it was some 18000 in private colleges initially and in 2004 it was 24000 rupees per year. After that the dacoit [email="b@stard"]b@stard[/email] came, fcked up the whole engineering college system, ate lands in its name, ate money.. and now what is the state of engineering colleges in our place ?? just worthless buildings begging students to join.. no standards, no labs, nothing.. just putup a college board name, bag money in the name of fee reimbursement.. as simple sa that.....
