4 days weight lifting

chest/triceps

shoulders/biceps

cardio/abs

back/lowerback

legs/calves

cardio/abs

rest

repeat

food: protein shakes 2 to 3 times, egg whites (15 to 20), black/kidney/pinto beans ( 2 lbs), oats, green tea, zero sodium 1g sugar rice bars. brown rice 2 cups, almonds.
