H1B Doubt - Calling Nissan And Experts

Scenerio 1: Applied Ech 1 april through my employer , pickedu - Approved for 1 yearu. I'm in CAP GAP now

Scenerio 2 : Client wants me FT so they applied Ech 1 again after my first ech 1 approval( consider this H1 Transfer) - Approved for 3 years - start date Oct 1st( i cant work for client now since i'm in CAP GAP)

Question : Oct 1st na two h1's active lo vutaya leka client dhe vuntadha ? oka vela rendu vunte first evaru pay run chesthe vallatho vunnatta nenu ? should i make my employer run my pay roll for september ,sept 30th to be on safe side ?

Both H1's will be active unless eithe rof them notify uscis regarding revoking ur H1B....
Payroll ante nuvvu evarki work chesthavo valla kindhe run avuthundhi....sep 30th ki ur still with ur old emp...so pakka payroll run avvali.....

I think that is cap excempt....oct 1st munde cheyochu anukunta...

anyways..in his case, oct 1st nunchi nuvu evadiki work cheste adi valid bro...rendo vadiki notiify chesei that u willl be with abc employer ani...

yeah cap exempt cheyyalemani....mana db lo chala mandhi chepparu so TS full process chepthe it will be suefull to others also....

once your application is picked and in process..you are cap excempt according to my client lawyer..case pending lo vunna or approved aina another employer can apply for H1

pending lo vunte ( rfe or ongoing) another emloyer can transfer your case ani cheppadu

bhayya..na employer sept pay - oct 15th isthadhu..client pay bi weekly vuntadhi. okavela current employer pay client pay kante mundhe vasthe emanna problem aa

Nope...1mo overlap aina em parledu...naku alage aindhi...releieving apudu ala ayye chances unnai...if u r moving from fte to consulting for suppose...fte lo holiday bonus etc etc along with paycheck chesi icharu naku...

idi 1 or 2 months aithe OK bro...two h1s meeda 6mo payroll run cheste...adi issue...also ilanti overlaps meeda anni dates clear ga untai...u will never get paid for same sep through 2 employers right..ikkada neeku just 2 pay checks same month vastai...hope it is clear now.
