depression...at some point everyone's been there man...but its not the end of the world..you can easily overcome if you've a plan...like

1)never ever compare urselves with others man..
2)spending time away from everyone and everything really helps...but have a plan...where ur going?what r u going to do?
3)consult a psychiatrist.
4)have some activity...workout, go out n watch a movie, go shopping(even though u dont buy anything, it keeps you in the loop...especially crowded places with all kinds of people gives ur mind some kind of relaxation...thats why we have parks, recreations, get together's)
5)most importantly talk to ur parents daily..
