Green Card Document Check-List Please

Mamalu,

my company is filing my green card this month. Ma attorney gaadiki peddaga telinattu ledu green card process gurinchi. do you have a check list or a template for all the document at every stage of the process like Labor filing, I-140, 485 etc.

Also, University nunchi emanna letter kaavala? graduated from this school and all?'

Copy of your passport (if applicable spouse & children). Make

sure all pertinent pages from the passport are copied. Do also

copy the page with the US visa stamp.

2. Copy of I-94 card(s) (for family if applicable)

3. Copy of H-1/L-1 visa or approval notice (if applicable a copy of

family dependent’s H-4/L-2)

4. Copy of I-20 and employment authorization card

5. Copy of degree certificates/diplomas

6. Copy of college/university transcripts or grade sheets

7. U.S. equivalency evaluation of foreign education (i.e., if you do

not have a formal education from the United States)

8. Copy of certificates of membership in any professional

organizations/societies or professional licenses

9. Copy of experience letters (important)

10. Copy of updated resume/ curriculum vitae (make sure the job

description is detailed for current employment – if you are

employed by the GC sponsoring entity)

11. Copy of birth certificate (if applicable for spouse and children).

Not needed right away, but take steps to get this done ASAP. See

FAQ.

12. Copy of marriage certificate (if applicable). Not needed right

nuvvu ikkada check list teylusukunna... final ga draft cheysi pampeydi attoney aa... nuvvu kaadu ga... so he needs to tell u what he needs...

company, HR tho matladu... you are better off changing your attorney.... GC filing kudas ranodini me company ela hire chesukundi? Issue raise cheyadam better, probably you are not dealing with the right person.......
